    How do I convert percentage into UOL CGPA?

    Can I convert an annual-system percentage into CGPA?

    Yes, but treat it as an estimate. Annual-system BA and BSc percentages are not directly comparable to a semester-system CGPA, and UOL may apply its own equivalence rules on admission.

    Why do two universities give different CGPAs for the same percentage?

    Because each Pakistani university sets its own mark bands. 80% may be an A at one institution and a B+ at another, so the resulting grade point differs.
